Wood Bowl IV

Wood Bowl IV is going to go down on 2nd or 3rd week of Jan. Probably the 3rd, the 2nd is the ICE BOWL.
The field is limited to 20 players. Registration subject to T.D. approval.
Field Breakdown:
Winfield 10
Wichita 6
Ponca 2
Misc 2
Cost $20.00 or $21.00 with the ace fund.
10:30 tee time
Round 1 California singles on the green course. ($12.00 to the payout)
Round 2 Random doubles on the purple. ($5.00 to the payout)
$3.00 of each entry will go to the WVDGA course improvement fund.
If you plan on coming, you better make sure Dave likes you. So call and check with him or reply here.

I know nothing I am only a messenger.
I wonder who the 10 valley boys are? Anyone who played in the Rich Ranch should be in (Me, Bowlby, Larry, Harv, Rich, Bart, Dave C). The rest of the guys may have to have a fist fight for the last 3 spots.
I wonder who would win.

yeah dave probably had one of the ponca spots on there for me anyways. i dont know who else will be coming with me though. maybe my brother Ryan or NDN brady.

Smitty you know the reasoning for limiting it to a field of 20? I can understand him not wanting 50 peeps out there but I fear this kinda backfiring. Making a statement like that could possibly drive away people that would have been allowed to play had they shown up and or having golfers who would like to play not even ask for fear of being turned down.
Seems like a bit of elitism if ya ask me.

I don't think that more then 20 people will show up. If they do, Rich will let them play.

Go north for 11.3 miles and hang a straight...continue for 3 kilometers and stop at the tree on the left. The first tee is next to the rock with the scratches on it.
