I think this is a good idea. It'd be cool if we could get a Kansas golfer to win it.

How do you nominate someone? Or do they just pick the Player of the week?

When did you nominate him?

"Nominations of the Microtel Disc Golfer of the Week will be accepted from Saturdays through Wednesdays for 30 consecutive weeks."

If you did it today it may not be valid.

Given his pleasant attitude and solid game at WyCo on Sunday I'd say he qualifies though. Good luck.

You can nominate someone because of their contribution to the sport as a whole and I've seen Randy help out a lot of new golfers in the short time that I've lived here.
