Thanks to everyone who made it to Norton! It was a lot of fun for me to host this event. I even got a volunteer from a "local" for some help for next year! She would like to help get sponsors!

I thought it was cool that the "unscheduled" softball players actually decided to play somewhere else when they found out we were playing! That is a first. And even though the City did nothing for us on our alt's (yet :twisted: ), the park was mowed, trimmed, and fallen branches were picked up.

The turn-out was not as large as last year, but still good, and the quality of players was very good. Thanks again for making that long drive.
