Wouldn't the first foot fault only be a warning, and he shouldn't have had to rethrow. He also said this person was busting his chops for 3 rounds. What the helk, they were on the third card in AMII.

He also told me Monster D was given a courtesy violation for kicking his bag and cussing. Also done without warning and was given 2 strokes. Is this correct? Courtesy violation is only a 1 stroke penalty and you still get a warning.
IMO Smitty, you are correct on all of that! Good job. Did the same guy give the penalty to Monster D? Just wondering...

Maceman and I were the officials on the am flights. I know that I heard nothing about these calls. In the first case the call must be made within three seconds of the throw. If it is made by a member of the group it must be confirmed by a second member of the group (only an official is allowed to call it on their own and not as a member of the group). If the call was not confirmed by another player the call was not valid. If it was it would require a warning and a re-throw, no penalty. Subsequent valid stance violations in the same round would bring a one stroke penalty as well as a re-throw. If there was question about the validity of the call Jon was in his right to challenge the call and if an official was not handy to settle it then he could have made the second drive as requested on a provisional basis and play both discs, keeping score on each until an official ruling could be made.

The second call, if it was made in the manner you noted, was clearly incorect. A courtesy violation can be called by anyone affected by the violation, in or out of the group, or an official. The first violation of the round results in a warning. Subsequent violations in the same round warrant a one stroke penalty. This call should have been noted on the card and brought to an officials attention for a final call.

You think I took a cheap shot so what??? Thats why I put a IMO behind the post. CUZ ITS MY OPINION!!!
And the reason I posted what I posted was b/c it seems like every time someone posts tourney results they always put money amounts next to who got what. AFTER people on here started asking questions and wanted scores and PAYOUT posted somebody didnt do that so I thought it looked a little shady...........sorry if you or bobo took offense but I was just calling it like it is.

BTW dont come to hays cuz I'm sure you'll be disapopointed in the PAYOUT!!!
You called it like you saw it .... not as it is .... nothing shady in all of this. I called it as it is ... as you confirm ... . it was a cheap shot.

Should I make it to Hays someday (and I hope to next year) I'll be sure to bring some extra cash to give you for finishing out of the cash

First, thanks to all who attended, we hope to see you next year!

Second, this was our first B tier & I want to thank all the ACDGC members and local non-members who helped make it a SUCCESSFUL B tier event.

Finally, we will post the final report with PDGA next week, that is the time frame we have established. Until I can review the tournament information as Treasurer, Bob's hands are tied. We have not been able to get together. This year is a first for us as a formal club with officers, next Year we will have had the experience of running a Tourney as a BOD and hope to smooth things out a bit.

I appreciate the feedback both good & bad we have received, we will take the suggestions to heart next year.

Can we PLEASE drop the conspiracy theories, and TD bashing. If you have a legitimate question or concern feel free to PM or call me at 316 734 4831 thanks ROG.

Have one of the Wichita people bring it to Mulvane next week. I think that we are going to play there again on Wednesday.
