But seriously I will ask sprout tonight about it if he can.
Sorry - I was more thinking along the lines that Since you are a homeboy you knew some locals or people who were coming into town.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

Where is the best place to buy discs in Topeka? My buddy's sister called me and she wants to hook him up with a set of discs for his birthday tomorrow.

LSDiscs. They have a pretty good selection of all manufacturers, (sorry, no Lightning, unless you count used) 3419 se 35th st. (south 1 block from shawnee course, right on 35th, follow all the way to the end of the street.)

Bren's cell-785-608-8688

Lar's cell-785-220-1226

Thanks for the quick reply. Is there anywhere else for her to go if she can't get in touch with them tomorrow? She doesn't really know anything about disc golf and a regular store type setting might be the most comfortable for her. Again, thanks for the info.

Ruder, I'd love to play with you on saturday but I'll be getting sheet faced at the KSU game saturday. Hopefully I can sober up enough sunday morning to make it there for the tourney. Sounds like it will be a great time!

The Groove Shack at 21st and Gage has a pretty decent selection too. It's on the corner lot behind LeBeda's. She shouldn't have too much trouble there, I'm sure Tommy or somebody on shift can help her with a decent selection of plastic for your friend.

Thanks a lot for all of your help. I really appreciate it! Hopefully she'll buy him some discs and I'll be able to convince him to play on sunday in rec. Thanks again.

Yup, we just marked O.B. and Tee signs, the entrance is by the dentist's office parking lot at 29th and Macvicar, you'll see an opening through the trees #1 teepad is right through that opening, a couple groups will be out tonight around 5:30.

Swede wins...

Big props to Big J that guy shot two very solid rounds of golf. Now we have to hassle him more in order to get him to join the PDGA.

Thanks for all the support and to everyone that showed up thanks a lot. We will start planning the MIGHTY SHUNGA NUNGA OPEN next week and if you attended this year or last year you should be recieving some mailing about the event as the time gets closer...

GO KANSAS, way to show up for a non KDGA event.[/url]
