I would say play hole 6 as casual water.

Wow! How much rain did this? I know Emporia usually gets a lot of rain compared to the rest of the state. I saw that several storms dumped some rain, but I thought NE Kansas got the worst of it.

Emporia only got in the area of 3 inches.....the surrounding areas though......I heard reports of 6+ south of Olpe (15 miles) and ~8 in Council Grove. We have been the lucky recipient of alot of water, where ever it came from. When we put the course in the city told us the river only left the banks in the "40 year flood". Well, this is twice in 7 or 8 weeks.

It's like the Friz a couple years back. Winfield didn't get that much rain. It was the upstream areas that got so much rain and caused the flood at the Friz.

Those pesky creeks/river can only handle so much water.
