DJ Jazzy Jeff throws from a lie that is near an OB line, but is hidden from teh view of the rest of the group. He throws before another member of the group can verify whether it was in bounds as DJ claims. How should the group proceed?

Give him the benefit of the doubt and play on.

Hopper, some folks just like to be cranky. Everybody thinks that they know the rules. Especially us long time players.

(insert Gabby Hayes voice here) "Heck, I was playing when the rules were still on stone tablets!"

The problem is that the PDGA has tweeked some of the rules with the last printing of the book. There were some significant changes like having to re-tee if you lose your initial drive. That's a big difference and I've had players agrue that it's not the way it is.

Carrying (and READING) the rule book is something everyone should do.
