Thats a cool ace. My first shot on that course, when I just stepped out of the car, skipped up and hit the basket...and then skipped half way to that shelter. :? :(

I got only one in 2004, of course it was my first in over two years and it was my first international Ace. And the next day when I played the same hole, i slammed the basket with the same disc and same shot but it spit out. Of course the hole was only 180 ft, but I still like that hole

I came in to 2004 with the biggest aceless streak since I started playing. I think it was just about 18 months with no ace. I went out late in the afternoon on Jan. 1st, 2004 determined on you know what. Hole #13 short at HH park rewarded me with my 3rd skip ace on that hole. I was pumped because my dedication had payed off. This was no accident!!

I replied to a thread on the PDGA. The thread was about the first ace of the year. It was everything but to the point. Some people claimed aces within the midnight hour, but they used 13 mulligans to do it. Another claiming for a forty-some foot long hole.

Since it was so late in the day, I doubt that I really was the first legit. ace of the year, but I haven't been notified to the contrary. :D

I remember Iqbal got a 01/01/03 ace. Did you ever get a good idea if you were the first that year, Iq?

Actually Hop your memory is failing because I hit the ace on 01/01/00, and it was the first ace of the Millenium. You'll have to wait 995 years to be the next person to claim that title.

Memory never was so good. Too bad the new millenium began in '01!
