Another thing I'd think about is maybe people who've done a lot for disc golf in Kansas, or areas of Kansas, and want to go. The key is, they have to go and represent. This is a good opportunity to pick that guy who runs all those events, and never gets to play in them.

Re: W9
A W-9 is simply a request for information. It's basically just an official request for your taxpayer ID, address, etc..., so if DD has to send you a 1099 after the end of the year they have your address to send it to. I don't believe W-9's are typically seen by the IRS, just as W-4's aren't. Usually...

Re: USDGC Spot
Chappy- I am going to limit it to Kansas Residents. It is a tough call, since so many KCers bounce from one state to the other to play. Kind of sucks. As far as the Wide Open and Worlds goes, I have no problem including rounds. One problem that I do see. All people may not play the same courses on ...

Re: USDGC Spot
What about Missouri residents that live in Platte, Clay, Cass, or Jackson counties? Especially those that are already KDGA members (and I'm not talking about me...I already have a spot for being Worlds TD....couldn't qualify any other way) The reason I ask this is that my policy for the Missouri spo...

Re: 2009 KC Pro/Am Worlds
May 26th according to the invite cover letter. Exactamundo. Players who did not get invited can register starting May 26 (day after Memorial Day), as long as their PDGA dues are paid for 2009. Invites were emailed today. I think they changed the schedule a bit. Ams now play at Waterworks, I don't k...

Re: 7th Annual Glass Blown Open A-Tier April 18-19
Looks like the KC boys are hosting a little event at Swope Park. I hope that the serious tourney players in KC make the trip down. I would love to see: Dick Parker, Pete Cashen, Fred Smith, Tavish, John Chapman and a host of others make the event. I'd love to, but can't make it again this year. Hon...

I say we play bag-tag pinkslips for our vehicles. That's it, I'm getting a goped.   Or perhaps a 1991 Ford Festiva? http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/autoreview/400x266/1990-93-Ford-Festiva-91113341991202.jpg Oh, and I've got tag #121, I think. I know it's purple and has 3 digits....

I think eventually, if not now, we will need more than one Open division. One could be based on ratings 940-990 and the other 980+ or something like that. Then the other divisions might seem more like they once were with advanced division being around 925. Their would have to be more added cash goi...

Best course has to be Rosedale down under. Everyone has the arm to park every hole but it takes every shot in your bag to score well. It just needs better signage. The Down Under's not even the best course in Rosedale Park. It is fun sometimes, but the top course at Rosedale is great, even if it is...

Lots of great events in April around KS and the midwest. Some I can think of... Herington Salina Emporia Council Bluffs Kansas City (Ted's Dread) Bowling Green Lamoni A lot of my favorite events all in the same month! Unfortunately, Glass Blown and Graceland (Lamoni) are on the same date, meaning p...
